Job description

SPL Property Management, part of the Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new Cleaner to join us on a permanent basis based in our high performing office in Poole.

As our Cleaner, you will be responsible for the upkeep of cleanliness and hygiene within the communal areas of our Residential Blocks.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Clean intercom systems, entrance doors, framework, glass and push plates.
• Remove any junk mail and place in communal recycling bin.
• Dusting of woodwork, skirting, handrails and mirrors/pictures in communal areas.
• Attention to high-level areas for clearing cobwebs and dust.
• Clean internal window glass and framework.
• Clean stainless lift doors, lifts internals, mirror glass, wall panels and floor.
• Spot clean marks on walls.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas throughout, including hallway to the garages and to include the removal of dirt and debris from the edges of all carpets.
• Carpet cleaning, replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
• Carry out any reasonable task with regard to communal cleaning.
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Report any faults or dilapidations to SPL so maintenance can follow up.

Driving License is required and Company Vehicle will be provided.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
