Due to increased business growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Call Handler to join our operations team at our FM centre in Bury.

Your Role:
  1. To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.
  2. Maximise productivity by minimising travel.
  3. To advise our customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineer.
  4. To work within our service level agreements.
  5. Answer calls promptly and professionally.
The successful candidate:
  1. Must have previous experience working in a similar role.
  2. Previous geographical routing experience.
  3. Good communicator, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Good level of computer literacy.
  6. Ability to multi-task and manage last-minute changes.
  7. Familiarity with call-handling software.
