Recruitment Consultant Role:
- You will be responsible for sourcing candidates by building strong searching techniques
- Qualifying candidates
- Source candidates via job board applications, searching and headhunting
- Matching candidates and clients appropriately through developing relationships
- Complete regular review with clients
- Understand the local labour market and industry sector, communicating any potential impact
