Recruitment Consultant Role:

• You will be responsible for sourcing candidates by building strong searching techniques
• Qualifying candidates
• Source candidates via job board applications, searching and headhunting
• Matching candidates and clients appropriately through developing relationships
• Complete regular review with clients
• Understand the local labour market and industry sector, communicating any potential impact
