A leading civil contractor is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee their rail projects in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality plans, managing testing compliance, and producing essential documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This role offers a competitive salary of £55k and the opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment.

- Create and ensure implementation of Inspection & Test Plans.

A Main Civil Contractor are seeking a Quality Manager to work on their Civil/Rail Projects throughout London and the Birmingham area.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and motivated with good communication skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The desired candidate should be able to demonstrate a pragmatic and proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to liaise with site management and client’s representatives as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- The development and implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
- Development of Inspection & Test Plans in conjunction with Site Engineers. Ensuring implementation of I&T Plans and production of Quality Records.
- Ensuring all testing is carried out as required and examines the results for compliance. Calibration/control of site instruments.
- Management of testing lab.
- Manage, maintain and assist in update of the company IMS Preparation of reports for client and company management Audits of all activities – both first and second party
- Manage and Co-ordinate the production of handover documentation to the client.
