Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance team of a BRC / SALSA accredited food factory.
• Strong IT skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of Quality Assurance, design and implement quality standards.
• Monitor basic health and safety & GMP and ensure that all are being upheld.
• Develop and train your team of 5.
• Take a lead on all reviews & audits.
• Communicate with customers & raw material suppliers to ensure the very best in quality.
• Be a technical support to the NPD team.
• Advise on areas of improvement on quality.
