This company is a family run organisation that has been established for more than 70 years, specialising in the manufacture of bespoke products for clients across the UK.

The role offers fantastic progression, with a 50/50 split between managing a small team of four direct reports of Quality Engineers / Inspectors, and leading and improving quality processes within the business.

• Monday - Friday, 39 hours (flexible hours)
• Managing quality processes and improvements
• Managing a team of four direct reports

• Engineering or manufacturing background
• Quality engineering experience (ISO9001)
• Wants to step into a management position
