A family-run organisation is seeking a Quality Engineer to manage quality processes and a small team. The role offers progression to Quality Manager, autonomy in job functions, and comprehensive training. Candidates should have a background in engineering or manufacturing and ISO9001 experience. The position is based in Radstock, offering flexible working hours.
£35,000 - £40,000 + Progression to Manager + Highly Autonomous + Training + Family Run Business
Commutable from Radstock, Midsomer Norton, Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge, Frome, Shepton Mallet, Westbury, and surrounding areas.

This company is a family run organisation that has been established for more than 70 years, specialising in the manufacture of bespoke products for clients across the UK.
The role offers fantastic progression, with a 50/50 split between managing a small team of four direct reports of Quality Engineers / Inspectors, and leading and improving quality processes within the business.
