Qualifications

• Strong background in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven experience managing quality systems compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Familiarity with I.S.I.R. and P.P.A.P. documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Business Management System (BMS).
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding returns.
• Conduct internal and external audits to drive continuous improvement.
