Paid Media Strategist - London (Hybrid)

A leading recruitment marketing agency is hiring a Digital Media Strategist to plan, activate and optimise multi‑channel paid campaigns. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of strategy and hands‑on activation across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic.

Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in Old Street)
Salary: up to £55k.

The Role
  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns across key digital channels
  • Build media plans, forecasts and budgets
  • Activate, optimise and QA campaigns directly in-platform
  • Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Present strategies and results to clients
  • Test new platforms, formats and optimisation approaches
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy and client services teams
About You
  • Hands‑on experience across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence building plans and forecasts
  • Understanding of tracking, measurement and GA4
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented and proactive
  • Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to clients
