Arm is rapidly growing its developer ecosystem with a new generation of performance-analysis capabilities. We are seeking a Director to lead the technical direction and architecture of Arm's performance tooling portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, technical strategy, and ecosystem partnership, ensuring Arm delivers world-class tools that help developers understand, optimise, and innovate on Arm-based platforms.
The successful candidate will guide multiple engineering teams, align architectural decisions and features across products, and ensure that our performance-tooling solutions are effective, robust, scalable, and trusted by developers worldwide.
