A leading beverage company in London is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee indirect procurement categories. You'll manage supplier relationships and focus on data-driven projects to enhance efficiency and drive sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel and SAP Ariba. Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Procurement Manager to be based in London, UK.
The UK Procurement team manages a wide range of indirect spend categories, predominantly comprising Fleet, Travel, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, IT, Logistics and Facilities.
Reporting into the Head of Procurement & Facilities, the Procurement Manager will have category responsibility for a number of the business's indirect procurement categories. In addition to this, the Procurement Manager will have cross-category responsibility for key technical processes, including SAP Ariba, Procure-to-Pay processes & will be the lead for all data-focused projects.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Develop and manage key supplier relationships, monitor SLA and KPI performance, conduct QBRs, and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across key indirect categories.
Develop and deliver overarching category plan that that delivers reduced risk, improved value and improved business outcomes.
Monitor category trends and grow category network to deliver innovation and optimisation - becoming a category expert.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations within owned categories.
Sustainability: leading the fleet & travel contribution to Red Bulls Net-zero goals and support wider sustainability and ESG initiatives within the procurement landscape.
Procure-to-pay: lead key projects in this area, including the implementation of a Master Vendor solution.
Data: Create data insights & reports to drive cost-saving/efficiencies/sustainability improvements across both categories.
Systems: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
