We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our mobile application, focusing on both frontend and backend components.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of React Native frontend and .NET Core 7 backend.
Execute manual and automated tests, and analyze results to report on system functionality and quality.
Automated Testing:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline on AWS.
Quality Assurance Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts and testers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, etc.) to understand requirements and provide QA insights.
Bug Tracking and Reporting:
Efficiently identify, document, and track bugs.
Work closely with developers to ensure timely bug resolution.
Performance and Security Testing:
Conduct performance testing to ensure application scalability and reliability.
Oversee security testing to safeguard user data and comply with industry standards.
Continuously update testing processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies and technologies.
Qualifications:
Compensation:
This is a pre-seed, equity-only role, offering 0.5% equity as part of the founding team. There is currently no salary available until we secure Seed funding, at which point competitive compensation will be introduced. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term ownership and impact in a purpose-driven, early-stage venture
