A leading defense contractor is seeking a QMS Lead for a pivotal role ensuring compliance and governance within defense training. This position is based in Lyneham (Hybrid) and involves managing audits, leading quality assurance, and implementing governance frameworks. As a QMS Lead, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our Electro-Mechanical Training Contract (EMTC) meets the highest standards of governance, compliance, and assurance. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly support national defence training, helping shape a safer future. You’ll work closely with leadership teams and stakeholders to uphold quality, drive continuous improvement, and influence strategic decision-making.
This is a full-time role, totalling 37 hours per week, based at Lyneham. It offers hybrid working arrangements, with a mix of onsite and home working days.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
