Our client, a highly-respected asbestos consultancy, provides a wide range of specialist asbestos services to clients across the country and is currently seeking an experienced and multi-skilled Asbestos Surveyor based in the Hereford area. The successful candidate will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will be able to demonstrate their specialised asbestos knowledge and experience carrying out surveys on a range of site types. Consideration will be given to applications from Ross‑on‑Wye, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Ludlow and the surrounding areas.

• Attainment of the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification
• Extensive practical experience working as an asbestos surveyor and within the asbestos industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and client‑facing abilities
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and regulations pertaining to asbestos
• Interest in additional qualifications such as P401, P403, P404, P405, P406 or S301 CCP

• Carry out Asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial and industrial sites
• Collate and produce accurate asbestos reports as required
• Liaise with clients at all levels, including high‑profile clients, and handle issues appropriately and effectively
