• Good understanding of housing management, including voids and inspections.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Knowledge of all aspects of property management.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership and accountability for assigned sites.
• Manage performance of contractors and service providers.
• Address and manage anti-social behaviour cases.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly client reports.
• Conduct regular estate inspections.
