As a Real Estate NQ/Solicitor your duties will include:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Advising clients on commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
- Conducting due diligence and managing property-related searches.
- Supporting senior solicitors with complex legal cases and negotiations.
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Providing assistance in developing and maintaining client relationships.
