Program Management Officer (PMO)

A global agri-chemical business is looking for a Program Management Officer (PMO) to support the delivery of a major transformation program. This role will coordinate planning, governance, and reporting across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and quality throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Support program planning, reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Manage governance processes, risk tracking, and financial oversight
- Maintain tools, templates, and documentation
- Lead a project or workstream within the broader program
Requirements
- Experience in project/program management within global transformation environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Lucidchart
- Certification in MSP, PMP, or PRINCE2 ()
- Knowledge of Supply Chain
