A reputable construction firm in Nottingham is seeking an Estimator / Project Coordinator to join their commercial team. You will work closely with Project Managers, focusing on material estimation, order management, and coordinating project documentation. This full-time role offers a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 plus bonuses, with training and support from experienced team members.
Responsabilités
- Assist Project Managers with estimates and quotations.
- Order materials for projects and update documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage health and safety admin.

Commercial Office Fit-out Sector
You will be working for an established contractor in the East Midlands. Specialising in the design and build of commercial interiors for some of the UK's most prestigious blue chip brands.
As an Estimator/Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the commercial team and assist Project Managers. You will be responsible for estimating/quoting new enquiries, ordering materials for projects, etc. Throughout this role you will be trained and supported by senior people in the team.
Estimating includes:
- Drawing take-offs for materials
- Estimating projects
- Supplier meetings
Coordinating includes:
- Material orders
- Updating project documents
- H&S admin
- Liaising internally and externally
- Telephone management
- O&M manuals
- Invoicing
