A dedicated service organization is seeking a Project Worker to provide critical support to young people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) in Torquay. The role involves delivering specialized interventions, engaging with schools and community partners, and driving awareness about CSE. The ideal candidate is passionate and experienced in trauma-informed care, with a commitment to making a positive impact in the community. This is a full-time, permanent position with a suitable salary of £27,573 per annum.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering trauma-informed interventions to young people affected by CSE.
- Proven experience in safety planning for complex cases.
- Ability to engage effectively with various community partners.

Are you a passionate, trauma-informed practitioner ready to make a significant difference in the lives of young people impacted by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE)?
We are seeking a dedicated Project Worker to join the Exceed Service team in Torbay, Devon. You will be directly responsible for delivering specialist support and interventions to young people (aged 10-17) and their families, working across the area to drive change and raise awareness of CSE.
- Specialist Support : Providing direct, one-to-one, trauma-informed interventions to young people affected by CSE and sexual abuse.
- Safety & Risk : Proven experience in safety planning and managing levels of harm within complex cases.
- Outreach & Awareness : Engaging with schools, colleges, and community partners to deliver awareness sessions, healthy relationships training, and the DICE Parenting Programme.
