Location : Torbay, Devon (Local travel required) Salary : £27,573 per annum Hours : 37 per week (Permanent, Full-Time)

Are you a passionate, trauma-informed practitioner ready to make a significant difference in the lives of young people impacted by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE)?

We are seeking a dedicated Project Worker to join the Exceed Service team in Torbay, Devon. You will be directly responsible for delivering specialist support and interventions to young people (aged 10-17) and their families, working across the area to drive change and raise awareness of CSE.

Key Criteria Highlights :

• Specialist Support : Providing direct, one-to-one, trauma-informed interventions to young people affected by CSE and sexual abuse.
• Safety & Risk : Proven experience in safety planning and managing levels of harm within complex cases.
• Outreach & Awareness : Engaging with schools, colleges, and community partners to deliver awareness sessions, healthy relationships training, and the DICE Parenting Programme.
