Job Description

I require an experienced Electrical Project Manager to work on a project in Central London on a long-term basis for an established client. Paying a salary based on experience between £(Apply online only) a shift + “Outside IR35” + 1 – 2 year duration + Weekly payments.

The works will require someone to be based from home and site in Central London. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing two electrical (LV/ Small Power) packages of work on site which are totaling £1.5m in size. Responsibilities will include:

1. Working alongside a professional engineering team in the creation and execution of project delivery strategies.
2. Ensuring the project program and documentation is being correctly administered and maintained.
3. Overseeing subcontractors and liaising with the client throughout the project, adhering to the client's standards.
4. Delivering these projects in accordance with a program of works.
5. Foreseeing any issues and working with all stakeholders to resolve them.
6. Reporting into the Senior Project Manager.

This role will allow a project manager to take a lead role working for an experienced M&E company that has a great name in the industry. The project will require someone with good experience in delivering Electrical projects including LV systems. Payments are £(Apply online only) a day with weekly payments, Outside IR35 on a long-term basis.
