A leading housebuilder in East London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a prestigious new residential development. The successful candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring quality and efficiency while leading a motivated site team.
Qualifications

- Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
- Prior experience with RC frame construction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee new build residential project of circa 100 units.
- Ensure quality and compliance with health and safety standards.

I have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join an award winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on a large new build residential project in East London.
The company have been around for many years and have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.
Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.
They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee a new build residential project in East London comprising circa 100 units; 3 x RC frame blocks up to 6 storeys of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The project is due to kick off soon and they are ready to start interviewing now. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding company and work on prestigious projects.
Experience:
- Track record working for a reputable housebuilder as a Project Manager
- Experience overseeing projects from inception through to completion
- RC frame experience
- Excellent team player and man-manager able to motivate site teams
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Good longevity with previous employers
- Health & Safety conscious
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Able to commute to East London on a daily basis
