Job summary
A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager in Cardiff for a major re‑cladding programme. The role requires ownership of daily site operations with a focus on safety and quality delivery. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and relevant certifications. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-profile refurbishment project.
Qualifications
- Strong background in construction and external wall packages.
- Experience with subcontractors delivering envelope packages.
- Ability to take ownership of a site with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and façade compliance.
Responsibilities
