Location: Hull (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 + benefits

You’ll be joining a dynamic delivery team, managing end to end implementation projects across an impressive client portfolio that includes some of the most recognisable names in the hospitality industry.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading multiple client implementation projects from kick‑off through to go‑live
  • Coordinating internal teams across software, technical, and customer success functions
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and risks with a solutions‑first mindset
  • Building great relationships with clients — balancing delivery, communication, and expectations
  • Ensuring a smooth transition into BAU support post‑launch
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience managing SaaS, software, or technology implementation projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organisation and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment
  • Experience within hospitality, retail, or POS systems would be a real advantage
