Our client is seeking an energetic, sharp, and driven Senior Project Manager for a fast-track and challenging industrial project.

The project has a construction value of over 120 million and a program just under 45 weeks on site. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of large-scale distribution and industrial projects, enabling them to hit the ground running.

1. Manage the full scope of work on site, including program, quality, and sub-contract management.
2. Protect the position of the business while driving project probability and adherence to schedule.
3. Report directly to the Project Director and take full responsibility for activities in the field, such as lifts and sequencing.
4. Adapt to weather conditions or design changes proactively.
5. Lead and motivate team members, including subcontractors and stakeholders, fostering a team spirit.
6. Contribute to career progression, with potential advancement to a director position for the right candidate.
