Looking for a project manager to work for a contractor that works across commercial refurbishment/fit out in London. This well regarded contractor is looking for a new small works Project Manager to work in the reactive division.

This is an opportunity to work for a successful contractor who have been operating since 2001 and have excellent client relationships with major tier 1 main contractors in London.

Small works Project manager responsibilities

This small works Project Manager will be responsible for visiting sites to assess works, price them up and then manage works which will involve building, fabric, drylining, decorating and tiling.

The ideal Project manager will have a background in construction and worked in 'reactive small works' in the commercial sector. The projects involve commercial offices in London and this Project manager needs to have good knowledge in building and experience in reactive works.
