Leading London law firm is looking for an events executive to join their dynamic marketing and BD team. The role involves planning, organising, and executing all firm events, including social events, webinars, conferences, receptions, client dinners, and networking events. This position is offered as a 12-month contract. The core responsibility will be to manage firm events efficiently, ensuring they stay within budget, align with key messages, and reflect the firm's brand.

  • Planning and executing events, including venue selection, contract negotiation, menu selection, RSVPs, list management, seating plans, logistics, audiovisual components, onsite staffing, and post-event follow-up and metrics.
  • Managing budgets, event schedules, and agendas.
  • Drafting event communications, organizing data, files, and materials, and preparing reports.
  • Researching venues, caterers, and vendors, and maintaining relationships with them.
  • Evaluating and reporting on event success, including lead generation and ROI. Collaborate with the marketing and BD team to track and report trends such as attendee data.

This is a well-established and highly regarded marketing and BD team seeking an events professional to deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates should have at least two years' experience in a corporate events role. Experience in a law firm is preferred, but candidates from other corporate or professional services firms are also welcome. Strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and knowledge of London venues and vendors are highly beneficial.
