Position: Zuora Subscription Management Technical Architect

Location: London | Cambridge

We are seeking a Zuora Subscription Management Technical Architect.

The role involves a hands-on approach during IT project execution, specializing in Zuora technologies, defining best practices, and executing technical implementations with high expertise.

• Architect and implement Zuora subscription management solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine subscription lifecycle requirements.
• Design and oversee Zuora integration with other business systems for seamless order lifecycle management.
• Develop and enforce best practices for subscription management, invoicing, and billing processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated with Zuora and industry trends to recommend process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, system analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in IT solution development.
• Exposure to diverse technologies, especially Salesforce.
• Understanding of emerging technology trends and their application to business models.
• Knowledge of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies.
• Relevant industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience in developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect focusing on Zuora Subscription Management and Order Lifecycle Management.
• Strong understanding of subscription management, finance, and revenue recognition principles.
• Expertise in Zuora platform modules: billing, invoicing, payments, finance.
• Familiarity with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and ERP (preferably Oracle) integrations with Zuora.
• Zuora certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver timely and within budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with stakeholder influence ability.
• Data-savvy with knowledge of integration, network, and security aspects of architecture.
• Proven analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills.
