Position Title: Strategic Marketing Coordinator (Maternity cover)

Location: Tamworth, UK – Hybrid

Position Overview

The Strategic Marketing Coordinator will support multiple construction-related segments within H.B. Fuller’s Building Adhesive Solutions business unit. This contract role is responsible for executing and coordinating packaging artwork updates, product data management, and cross-functional communication, primarily within Europe/UK. The ideal candidate will combine strong attention to detail with marketing, project management, and graphic design skills to ensure consistent, high-quality product information across digital and physical channels.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate packaging artwork creation, updates, and approval processes across private label and H.B. Fuller branded products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to manage product workflow.

• Audit and update packaging artwork for compliance with brand and regulatory standards using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.

• Maintain accurate records of packaging versions and status updates.

• Ensure consistency of product data across labels, websites, and collateral materials.

• Work in SAP to track and update product information, including Bills of Materials (BOMs).

• Drive execution of label transitions and manage timelines and milestones.

• Track and report progress to internal stakeholders.

• Support project planning and documentation of changes for both internal and external partners.

• Liaise with creative resources and external vendors for packaging and print production.

Minimum Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in a marketing or product management role, ideally in B2B, manufacturing, or construction.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience collaborating on cross-functional, technical projects.

• High attention to detail for managing data and artwork consistency.

• Strong communication and organization skills with an ability to handle multiple projects.

• Familiarity with packaging or print production workflows.

• Experience using enterprise systems such as SAP.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working with global or remote teams.

• Exposure to new product development or private label product processes.

• Familiarity with digital asset management and web content tools.

• Multilingual abilities (English, French, German preferred).

• Interest in manufacturing, construction, or technical industries.
