Job DescriptionThe role is based at our Havant Head Office / Design Hub, where you will serve as the technical team lead in the design, optimisation, and implementation of various wastewater treatment processes. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and effective treatment of water across diverse sectors including Municipal, Industrial, and Environmental Protection, particularly in major infrastructure and construction projects.

Qualifications- Engineering degree in civil, mechanical, chemical, wastewater, or a related field
- Ideally Chartered or incorporated engineer status, with membership of a professional institution
- Excellent technical, analytical, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify project and client needs
- Proven experience in water process engineering
- Expertise in wastewater treatment technologies and detailed process design
- Strong knowledge of process standards, design requirements, and project delivery processes
- Skills in optimisation, troubleshooting, risk identification, management, and mitigation
- Proficient in report writing and documentation development
- Experience in staff supervision, mentoring, and training
- Municipal water industry experience (desired)
- Full UK driving licence
