Location: Children's Residential Homes - Marchburn / Kingfield
Duration: Permanent, full-time; Part-time 18.5 hours
Job Purpose:
To deliver a statutory social work service to promote and protect the welfare of vulnerable service users, their families, and carers in need of care and/or protection. Creating an environment where each service user is enabled to maximise their potential and contribute to their social, physical, and mental wellbeing, promoting active citizenship in a holistic way.
Working within our children’s residential provision, the post holder will contribute to the provision of a recovery-based ethos of care, which allows young people to feel safe and protected. As part of a skilled team, support young people whose earlier experiences of adversity have impacted their development.
