Assistant Sales Manager - Automotive Retail

As Assistant Sales Manager, you will work alongside the Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a team of vehicle sales executives. You\'ll bring your dealership management experience to ensure the smooth running of the department while maintaining exceptional customer standards.

• Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day sales operations
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of sales executives
• Driving sales across vehicles, finance and insurance products
• Ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Handling escalated customer queries and ensuring high CSI results
• Managing showroom presentation and finance proposal processes

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience in a main dealership at a managerial or supervisory level (e.g., Business Manager, Transaction Manager, Sales Controller, or Assistant Sales Manager)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues effectively
• Drive, resilience and a track record of achieving sales targets

• Basic salary: £32,500
• OTE in excess of £70,000 (uncapped)
