Job description

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Supply Associate / Sales Operations Associate for a leading client in Travel & Hospitality industry, based in London.

This is an initial 6 month contract position working remotely with occasional office and event visits.

Pay rate is £17.30 – £19.37 per hour.

Candidate needs to be based in London and deep local knowledge of the market and its service offerings.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential hosts in person, sourcing through online research, cold calling, community engagement, and local networking.
  • Sales Pitches: Deliver persuasive in-person conversations to showcase the company’s Services and its offerings, effectively converting interest into host submissions.
  • Onboarding: Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate the initial onboarding of new hosts, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped for success.
  • Market Insights: Gather valuable insights from potential hosts and the community to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings.
Education/Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations in various formats.
  • A curious and scrappy mindset with an eagerness to proactively identify new tactics & approaches to source and close successful leads.
  • Learn about and connect with local communities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and leads across various platforms.
  • Clear and positive communicator, both verbally and in writing, with an authentic voice.
  • Passionate about the company’s mission to create belonging and economic opportunity for hosts.
  • Familiarity with social platforms (Facebook Groups, Reddit, Nextdoor) for community engagement and lead generation.
  • Experience with or understanding of small business owners, hosts, or side hustlers is a plus.
  • Based in London and deep local knowledge of the market and its service offerings.
