The Role

As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the packaging sector
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, uncovering additional revenue streams
  • Work closely with internal teams to convert pre-qualified leads and build a strong pipeline
  • Take a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Support customers with guidance on packaging performance, sustainability, and product optimisation
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure customers receive expert support
  • Consistently deliver revenue and margin targets while contributing to broader commercial goals
About You

To succeed as a Sales Representative, you must:

  • Come from the packaging industry this is essential
  • Bring proven experience in B2B sales, new business development, and account management
  • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Be self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage your own schedule remotely
  • Have the ability to understand or quickly learn packaging performance and technical aspects
