Responsibilities
- Attend pre-booked buyer and seller appointments supplied by the team — no prospecting or advertising required
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process with professionalism, care, and market expertise
- Conduct property showings, listing consultations, and client meetings as needed
- Negotiate offers and contracts to help clients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with the full-time admin and transaction team to ensure paperwork and details are handled smoothly
- Maintain accurate client notes and status updates in the CRM
- Participate in ongoing training to develop advanced sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with the team’s mission and culture
- Represent the team positively in all client interactions, community events, and charitable initiatives
- Manage your schedule to maintain a healthy work/life balance while meeting performance goals
- Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and leadership development opportunities
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Alabama real estate license (or be in the process of obtaining one)
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and provide exceptional client service
- Strong sales instincts with the desire to improve through ongoing training and coaching
- Ability to follow a proven system and consistently attend the appointments provided
- Motivated, disciplined, and committed to delivering results without needing to self-generate leads
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple clients, tasks, and transactions simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and able to use CRM platforms, digital communication tools, and mobile technology
- Professional, positive, and aligned with a team-based, service-oriented culture
- Reliable transportation and the ability to meet clients on location as needed
- Self-starter with the drive to earn a six-figure income in a structured support environment
