Job summary
A leading HR consultancy in Dartford is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a short-term role, focusing on Employee Relations. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, managing disciplinary processes, and supporting performance management. Ideal candidates will have significant HR Advisory experience and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism. This role offers £16.80 per hour and requires on-site presence.

Skills
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a short-term basis, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER). This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on HR environment, where you'll be the go-to person for all things ER.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (some flexibility possible)
