A leading recruitment firm in Warrington seeks a Senior Recruiter to build and manage a contract desk within Engineering & Manufacturing. Qualifikationen
- Proven recruitment experience within Engineering or Manufacturing contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract recruitment models including day rates and margins.
- Ability to work towards KPIs and revenue targets.
Aufgaben
- Build and grow a contract recruitment desk in Engineering & Manufacturing.
- Supply contractors across sectors like FMCG, Aerospace, and Automotive.
- Negotiate contract rates, margins, and terms with clients.
- Manage contractor lifecycles and run targeted contractor attraction campaigns.
