• Proven recruitment experience within Engineering or Manufacturing contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract recruitment models including day rates and margins.
• Ability to work towards KPIs and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a contract recruitment desk in Engineering & Manufacturing.
• Supply contractors across sectors like FMCG, Aerospace, and Automotive.
• Negotiate contract rates, margins, and terms with clients.
• Manage contractor lifecycles and run targeted contractor attraction campaigns.
