We (Fuel Recruitment) are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Leamington Spa. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various platforms and tools.
  • Develop new business opportunities or focus on account management (depending on your preference).
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes.
  • Work closely with the wider team to achieve individual and team targets.
