A market-leading organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for approximately 200 staff. This role requires a strong background in the end-to-end payroll lifecycle and excellent communication skills. The position is office-based in Guildford and offers the chance to work with a reputable UK company on a contractual basis.
Qualifikationen
- Proven Payroll Manager with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in successfully managing a payroll function.
- Prior experience with payroll software is preferred.

- Manage both weekly and monthly payroll for circa 200 staff.
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
- Complete payroll year-end rollover and national statistics reports.

A market-leading organisation based in Guildford is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join the team on an initial 3-month contractual basis. This will be an office-based role so you will be on-site 4-5 days per week. Please note, this contract is Inside IR35.
- Manage both weekly and monthly payroll for circa 200 staff.
- Demonstrate expertise in the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, including the calculation of earnings, deductions, sick pay and taxes.
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
- Carry out P11D administration.
- Complete payroll year-end rollover and complete national statistics reports monthly.
- Coordinate pension schemes and stay up to date with pensions regulations, changes and practices.
- Proven Payroll Manager with excellent communication skills and experience in successfully managing a payroll function.
- Prior experience with COINS ERP software is preferred but not essential.
