Overview

CMA Recruitment Group is supporting our Weymouth, Dorset client. We are searching for a payroll professional to join our rapidly growing client.

The successful candidate will be working in a small payroll team, and you will be reporting into the Payroll Mager who runs a fast-paced finance team.

In recent years, this business has experienced an excellent rate of growth, and they are currently looking to build and develop further so would like to enhance their in-house payroll offering.

Responsibilities
  • Processing multiple payrolls on a weekly basis
  • End to end payroll query resolution over the phone and by email
  • Month and year end payroll reporting for senior management
  • Employee holiday, maternity/paternity and absence calculations
  • An up-to-date internal advisor of payroll legislation
Suitable Candidate
  • Experience working within in-house payroll for a company with circa 500 employees
  • Multiple site payroll processing knowledge is highly beneficial
  • A keenness to build upon existing payroll experience with a potential to study
  • Confident communication skills, able to be a key point of contact for employee queries
