As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with relevant UK legislation and company policies. You will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of statutory payments and filings to authorities like HMRC and other third parties, alongside managing and developing the payroll team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, employee trust, and compliance, while supporting the Head of Payroll drive continuous improvement and system efficiencies across the payroll function.
