A leading music business is looking for a part time HR Advisor to join their team, for 4 days a week on an initial 6 month contract.
Salary is £40k FTE, which will be £32k prorated (take home).
This role will offer full support to the current BP, everything from admin to supporting on ER casework, and advising senior stakeholders. They also have a lot of project work, including a big organisational development piece coming up in the summer, so plenty to get stuck in to!
The ideal candidate will have HR Advisory experience within a matrix organisation with the confidence and gravitas to work with senior stakeholders across the business. You'll be able to work autonomously across the employee lifecycle with an 'all hands on deck' attitude. Exposure or an understanding of organisational change or acquisitions would be ideal.
This is an initial 6 month contract but there is potential to develop. It's a lovely, people-centric team with Central London based offices. They have a flex hybrid working pattern, and fantastic benefits.
