• Full 360 recruitment responsibilities

• Focused on business development across a mix of new, existing, warm, and lapsed clients

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency–side essential)

• Strong business development and sales skills

• A motivated, resilient, and proactive approach

• Confident communication and relationship–building abilities
