A leading law firm in Tees Valley is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancers to handle a varied caseload of property transactions. You will manage all aspects of residential conveyancing, supervise support staff, and provide exceptional service to clients. This is a full-time role with part-time options available, situated within a supportive team that values your contribution and offers an opportunity for professional growth.
I am working with a leading firm seeking Residential Conveyancers to join their busy teams in Hartlepool and Stockton. This is a great opportunity to manage a varied caseload while delivering excellent service to clients during one of the most important transactions of their lives.
You will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and unregistered titles. You’ll manage a high-volume caseload, liaise with referrers, and supervise support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service for clients.
