I am working with a leading firm seeking Residential Conveyancers to join their busy teams in Hartlepool and Stockton. This is a great opportunity to manage a varied caseload while delivering excellent service to clients during one of the most important transactions of their lives.

The Role:

You will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and unregistered titles. You’ll manage a high-volume caseload, liaise with referrers, and supervise support staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service for clients.

The Candidate:
  • Experienced in a busy conveyancing team, confident handling all aspects of residential property matters.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for guiding clients through often stressful transactions.
  • Strong organisational and people management skills.
