As an F&B Supervisor (Part time) at The Hobson by Adina, you will accompany all culinary areas from the very beginning, set standards and responsibly ensure their implementation. You support the bar and restaurant manager in the day-to-day management and supervise the respective team members with sensitivity. In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination and distribution of tasks for all service periods and ensure that the area is presented in accordance with departmental guidelines with a trained eye. As a true team leader, you pass on these guidelines and service processes to the entire team in training sessions.
