New vacancy exists for a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate to join one of our legal top 200 clients in Birmingham.

The firm is a leading national law firm with an excellent reputation locally and nationally. The department is known for high-quality, high-profile work, advising a diverse range of clients across the UK and internationally.

Working alongside Legal 500-rated Partners, the team has extensive experience advising businesses including enterprises, SMEs, financial institutions, and FTSE 100 companies. You will be involved in a broad spectrum of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated solicitor with excellent legal skills and strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should be eager to engage with a varied and interesting caseload.
