An exciting opportunity to join one of Plymouth's most progressive and reputable law firms has arisen, with the opportunity to join the firm's Commercial Property team.
This rolewill allow you the freedom to grow and further develop your legal knowledge within a dynamic and supportive team. Your work will include a wide range of cases including but not limited to commercial leases, sales and purchases, development work and secured lending.
The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of commercial property law,ideally with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and be capable of managing their own caseload.

Tasks will include:

• Landlord and Tenant
• Acquisitions and Disposals
• Residential and Commercial Development
• Secured Lending
• HMOs and Residential Investment
• Asset Management

Skills and experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales
• Well-developed professional and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and legal technical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and develop relationships across the business
• Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical issues that are key to our clients
