Job summary

A leading law firm in Exeter is seeking a Corporate Tax Solicitor or Legal Executive at senior associate level+. You'll advise on corporate and property taxes, develop tax structuring solutions, and support various clients including family businesses and international groups. This role requires a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE and strong technical tax knowledge.

Qualifications

• You will be a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE.
• You’ll have good technical knowledge of corporate tax.
• A strong communicator to build relationships both internally & externally.

Responsibilities

• Advise on all aspects of corporate and property taxes, together with capital gains tax and VAT.
• Provide bespoke tax structuring solutions to corporate organisations.
• Advise on tax efficient investment structures.
• Support the corporate and property departments.

This position can be offered at senior associate level+.

What you will do:

• Advise on all aspects of corporate and property taxes, together with capital gains tax and VAT
