Digital Transformation Strategy
Responsible for engaging with WNS customers and potential customers to develop and grow the digitally enabled Business Transformation and consulting services across Europe to meet the company's objectives of driving digitally enabled revenue growth, profitability, customer success and stakeholder experience. Should have 10-15 years of experience having worked with relevant companies with a strong focus on digital engagements (incl. IA, RPA, iBPMS, AI/ML, platforms) over the past 5 years. Experienced in working in Agile onshore and offshore delivery models. Ideally having worked across a breadth of industries to deliver digital transformation assessments, solutions and implementation.
